West Holt Medical Services' CEO Resigns
ATKINSON — West Holt Medical Services’ Bradley Pfeifer announced his resignation on April 22, 2019 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer for four years.
In a meeting with hospital staff, Pfeifer shared, “The reason for my departure is pure and simple: family.” Pfeifer plans to join his wife and children in Omaha, where they have been living for the past ten months.
“I have greatly enjoyed my time at West Holt Medical Services. We have accomplished a lot over the last four years and we have overcome many challenges. It has been a fantastic experience,” Pfeifer shared.
“West Holt Medical Services is fortunate to have talented hospital and foundation board leadership, medical staff, leadership team, staff and volunteers that will ensure the highest level of care for area patients for many years to come,” added Pfeifer.
“The Board of Directors has a plan in place to recruit a new CEO to West Holt Medical Services. A recruiting firm has been initiated and we will inform the public of any new developments as they unfold,” shared Hospital Board President Trent Schaaf.
Pfeifer’s last day is scheduled for Friday, May 17, 2019.
