West Holt Medical services is excited to be adding a mobile clinic to our array of services! Starting in Spring 2024, our newly retrofitted mobile unit will be making regular visits to Chambers with a provider and nurse for primary care visits. Our hope is to bring healthcare to the doorstep of the Chambers community. If you have ideas to how we can more fully serve southern Holt County, take the survey above!

October 13th- Chambers Legion Hall

10 am- 3 pm, free lunch while supplies last at both open houses!
