Family Nurse Practitioner
Dexter has provided patient care at West Holt Medical Services since 2015. She provides complete family healthcare in our primary care clinic and emergency care for patients of all ages. Dexter earned a master's and bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Kearney.

“I try to educate and counsel my patients about the importance of disease prevention and making positive health and lifestyle choices.
