New patient survey to help drive improvements at WHMS
West Holt Medical Services (WHMS) has been and remains committed to striving for excellence in all areas, and patient surveys play a key roll in that for healthcare facilities around the world. Patients at the West Holt Medical Clinic (WHMC) now have to opportunity to provide feedback in the form of a survey.
Inpatients at WHMS are familiar with the Press Ganey Surveys sent out after their stays. These surveys ask key questions about the patient’s experience while in the hospital, and this clinic survey will provide similar feedback for the West Holt clinic.
“We are always looking for ways to improve our patients healthcare experience here at West Holt,” said April Dexter, Nurse Practitioner at WHMC and WHMS Medical Staff Quality Representative. “We need patient feedback in order to effectively meet the needs of our community.”
The survey will be available via text, email and in hard copy for patients who are seen at the WHMC and allow them to provide a clearer picture of their experience, allowing WHMS leadership and staff identify any areas where improvements can be made.
