HISTORY OF THE WEST HOLT MEDICAL SERVICES FOUNDATION

West Holt Medical Services Foundation (WHMSF) is a testimony to the spirit and character of people in the area for many past generations.

TIMELINE

The Foundation was incorporated on February 27, 1981.  Click here to view the actual State of Nebraska Certificate of Incorporation.  The Board of Directors at the time of incorporation were:  Ben Troshynski, Paul Seger, Ann Philson, Clark Gotschall, Dean Fleming, Edward Hannon, Lawrence Kramer, Conrad Frickel and Frank Murphy.
